Mrs. Cathryn Marie Surber, 44, died at her home on Whitlock Avenue Saturday morning at 4:25 o'clock after an illness of 2 1/2 years. Death was due to a complication of diseases. Mrs. Surber was born in Chicago Jan 22, 1888. Her marriage to Calvin Surber took place December 31, 1907. The survivors include the husband, Calvin Surger; one son, Robert at home; five daugthers, Mrs. William Scott of this city; and Jane, Clara, Betty and Margaret all at home; her mother, Mrs. Jennie O''Neill and a brother, William Cronin, of this city. The funeral services will be held Monday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Bernard's catholic Church. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery. Friends may view the remains at the home, 212 North Whitlock.
